Practical environmental care for modern living.

Allio was founded by Scott Allomong, an Eco-Integration Specialist based in Westerville, Ohio. I created Allio to make environmental care simple, practical, and accessible for everyday homeowners. What started as a small idea — helping people take better care of their homes — has grown into a focused, eco‑forward service built around two core offerings: EcoCycle and EcoScape.

I created Allio because I believe environmental responsibility shouldn’t be complicated. Most people want to do the right thing, but they’re busy, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. Allio bridges that gap by offering clear, trustworthy solutions that make sustainable living feel effortless

EcoCycle: Responsible recycling, made simple

EcoCycle helps homeowners recycle the hard‑to‑recycle items that often end up in landfills — batteries, bulbs, electronics, coffee pods, filters, and more. I pick it up, sort it, clean it, and drop it off at the right facilities so nothing gets wasted. It’s practical environmental care that fits into real life.

EcoScape: Native landscapes and rain gardens that work with nature

EcoScape focuses on designing and installing eco‑friendly outdoor spaces — rain gardens, native plantings, and sustainable landscape solutions that support pollinators, manage stormwater, and restore balance to the yard. These projects are beautiful, functional, and built to last.

Why I do this

My passion for environmental care comes from years of seeing how small decisions add up — at home, in our neighborhoods, and across our communities. That awareness started early in my life, but it became impossible to ignore when I worked as an equipment operator at a landfill. Day after day, I watched recyclable materials, reusable items, and valuable resources get buried simply because people didn’t know what else to do with them. It bothered me then, and it still drives me now.

I also grew up watching my dad work as an Environmental Safety Manager at a large food manufacturing plant. His commitment to responsibility, safety, and doing things the right way shaped how I see the world. He was an advocate for the environment, often hosting Earth Day events for children at the plant which I always attended. Those two experiences — seeing waste firsthand and seeing environmental stewardship modeled at home — are the foundation of Allio.

Allio is my way of continuing that legacy: helping people care for their homes in ways that also care for the earth.

Where Allio is headed

As Allio grows, my mission remains the same — to make sustainable living easier. In the future, I plan to develop educational material and programs so children can learn how to recycle properly and learn why it's so important. I also plan to expand into new markets with my Eco-Integration solutions.

Whether I’m installing a rain garden, designing a native landscape, or picking up a bucket of hard‑to‑recycle items, the goal is always the same: practical environmental care for modern living.
